Our delivery procedure at Alexco Shipping informs you on the steps you need to follow to collect your cleared packages from Alexco Shipping and Delivery.

Package: – Refers to your goods, consignments, or items shipped or transported through us.

Now here are our Terms and Conditions for receiving your packages:

Our clients should follow the following procedure to receive their package in the most simple, convenient, and comfortable way:

1. Firstly, you (the client) should know the CBM and shipping cost of your package before it arrives. You can easily find this information by adding and tracking your package on our Website or App.
2. Secondly, you (the client) should always be financially prepared in advance before your package arrives. You (the client) may pay your shipping fee, charge or cost, in advance before your package arrives to be sure of quick and prompt delivery when your package arrives.
3. Thirdly, when we clear your package, Alexco ALC will communicate the actual and final CBM and Shipping Fee of the package or goods to you (the client).
4. Fourthly, please send your payment to Alexco by dialing our Payment Short Code *713*7761. The receiver’s name is BicoshopOnline. Remember to send your payment 24 hours ahead of the delivery of your package.
5. Next, select your preferred delivery method from the list of delivery methods below:

• Persona Pick-Up From Our (Aleco ALC) Warehouse. You must notify Alexco ALC in advance before coming so we can sort and arrange your package for Pick-Up;
• Delivery By Transportation Arrangement To Your Location or Town. Remember that you (the client) will bear the total transportation cost of your package or goods.

6. You must notify us a day before your delivery (24 hours in advance), so we can add your packages to our next day’s delivery plan and schedule.
